Orders may only be placed by retailers.  This can be accomplished via phone, fax, or email. To insure you are shipped the correct product, please order by both model number and product title. Many of our products come in various sizes. Please make sure the model number corresponds with the size you desire. Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 6 weeks; if not sooner. Custom orders may take longer.

Terms & Conditions
Net 30 Terms available to qualified buyers. All first-time buyers are required to provide a 50% deposit when order is placed and the balance will be due prior to shipping. Payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or, orders may be shipped COD ($9.00 COD Charge).

Returns
Please do not accept damaged packages. Our products are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. Any piece may be returned within 30 days of receipt. When returning a product, please include a note stating the reason for return, and specify whether you desire a replacement, credit, or refund. Please package returns carefully. We will not accept returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

International Customers must pay with US funds in advance, with a certified bank check, by wire, or by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Please email or call for shipping costs.
